June 2023: Maven Events Recap
In June 2023, our sales and marketing team traveled across the country to give product demos, provide thought-provoking content, and support industry events for the LTL, truckload, distribution, and private fleet markets that Maven proudly serves. We enjoyed seeing so many of our trucking industry peers in person this month.

FreightWaves, IMTA, and SMC3 Events
- SMC3 Connections: Our Customer Breakout Session with Bill Ward Jr., President of Ward Transport & Logistics and Geoff Muessig, CMO/EVP of PITT OHIO, covered Route Planning and P&D Execution & The Impact on Fleet Performance. Maven’s CEO Avi Geller provided additional insights on the panel, and Maven’s Head of Marketing Paige Creo moderated. We also stayed busy with in-depth Maven product demos, and as the Platinum Sponsor of this annual LTL-focused conference, Maven was happy to provide amenities and experiences that helped attendees enjoy themselves.
- Iowa Truck Driving Championships: Maven served as an event sponsor, and our CEO and Sr. VP of Sales had a great time cheering on so many skilled participants in the Iowa truck driving competitions, including Maven customer CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc.
- FreightWaves Future of Supply Chain: Maven CEO Avi Geller gave a rapid 7-minute Automated Route Planning & Optimization demo up on the main stage. Additional demos were provided at the Maven booth in the conference hall, and we had a blast checking out other supply chain and trucking technology companies and mingling with carriers, shippers, and 3PLs at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame!
